We are excited to announce the opening of a new, strategically located warehouse in Blois, central France. The purpose-built facility will enhance how we service our European customers, providing faster, more efficient sample delivery and helping to strengthen customer relationships. The new sample lab will serve customers across France, Italy, Spain, Greece, North Africa, Austria and Germany.
By storing samples locally, we can now be ship within 48 hours. Graziella Riant-Dalibard, Senior European Business Development Manager for Treatt, said:
“We understand that in the fast-paced world of flavor and fragrance development, time is of the essence. Our new sample lab allows us to improve our sample delivery times. When customers are working on an R & D project, we need to act fast. Making our samples more readily available for rapid delivery enables our customers to meet tight deadlines.”
The sample lab will stock neat samples of Treatt’s most popular products: including distillates (such as Green, White and Black Tea Treattaromes, Coffee and Cocoa Treattaromes and sugar reduction solutions) and essential oils (orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit).
The leased facility has vast experience in ecommerce and is well-equipped to print technical data sheets ensuring a seamless, professional customer experience. Samples will be delivered free of charge, with larger quantities available for purchase for extensive trials.
The Daudin sample lab will began shipping samples last week, signalling the start of many exciting initiatives that Treatt has planned to expand its European presence.
