  No, we do not sell directly. Our products are raw materials or ingredients for use in the flavour and fragrance industries.

• Does Treatt supply aroma therapists?

  We do not supply aroma therapists directly.

• Does Treatt publish a price list?

  No, we do not publish a price list. Prices are dependent on a number of factors including quantity ordered, pack size, method of shipment/transport, etc. Please ask us for prices of products you require.

• What are your lead-times?

  We will always deliver as quickly as possible. Lead-times vary according to product, quantity and location. We offer our customers extensive stockholding of flavour and fragrance raw materials at our UK and USA facilities, allowing customers to call off material at short notice.

• How to request a sample ?

• Can I obtain technical information, for example specifications, from your website?

  Please contact your account handler to obtain specific technical information.

• Can I still use the Treatt Chemical Compendium?

  The Treatt Chemical Compendium is no longer valid for use. Please call your usual contact at Treatt or contact us to request technical information.

• Can Treatt supply Kosher products?

  We offer an extensive range of Kosher products. Please contact us for further information.

• Can Treatt supply Halal certification?

  We offer an extensive range of Halal products. Please contact us for further information.

• Does Treatt supply organic products?

  Yes, we offer a range of organic, fair trade essential and cold pressed vegetable seed oils, primarily for the personal care industry.

• Does Treatt add antioxidants to its citrus oils?

  We do not add antioxidants to its citrus oils, unless specifically requested by customers.

• Does Treatt hold BRC certification?

  Yes, we have achieved Grade A certification in the BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard. This certification provides independent endorsement of our ongoing commitment to delivering optimum levels of quality and service to our customers.

• Is the company ISO 9001 registered?

  Yes, in the UK we are ISO 9001 registered.

• Does Treatt use child labour?

  No, we do not engage in or support the use of child labour, nor do we engage in or support the use of forced labour. We work closely with our supply chain to ensure that ethical standards are being met.

• Can I become an agent for Treatt?

  We are proud of our long-standing relationships with our customers and agents. We value our agent network highly and are constantly looking to appoint new agents with the right expertise, in areas where we are not represented.
