This post holder will be instrumental in the implementation and evolution of the S&OP process. Leading the process and influencing key stakeholders. Improving key performance metrics across the business, including forecast accuracy, inventory control, and operational efficiencies. Prioritising customer service levels and profitability in a sustainable manner. As a subject matter expert, you will champion cross-functional engagement with core departments and business leaders across the business and facilitate each S&OP meeting to ensure global alignment and successful delivery of the plan.
This is a fast-paced role which will require excellent communication and influencing skills, an analytical mindset, and an eye for detail. The ability to guide each functional area in understanding their impact and involvement in the S&OP process.
