Job title: General Counsel / Company Secretary

Location: Bury St. Edmunds, UK
As our General Counsel / Company Secretary, you will be responsible for the provision and delivery of the secretariat function. You will ensure high levels of service in providing a range of Company Secretarial, Governance and Regulatory services and ensuring our compliance with our legal, governance and regulatory obligations. This will be a key member of the leadership team in supporting the regional leadership, setting aside functional bias to ensure the Group meets its overarching objectives. As appropriate to the role, your key stakeholders will be our Chair, the Board, Executive Directors and other members of the leadership team.
