The role is responsible for leading the European commercial team to drive execution of the Treatt growth strategy. The role is responsible for sales made from RC Treatt, ensuring effective management of the European based sales and marketing team to drive focus on sustainable profitable growth, matching resource with opportunity. The role will directly manage regional commercial teams which includes Sales, Inside Sales, Customer services, Key Account Specialists and Marketing. This role will work in collaboration with the Global Accounts Director.
You will ensure that the organisation is performing efficiently and effectively, with a safe, healthy and positive work environment for our people.
The European Sales & Customer teams work a mix of remote and hybrid work patterns. Location for this role is flexible but given the leadership components of the role, a regular presence in our head office in Bury St Edmunds would be required.
